一、我国罐式专用车发展现状

目前国内总质量30t、功率224kW(300ps)以下自卸车、箱式车、罐式车、半挂牵引车等运输类专用汽车底盘基本可以满足市场供应,但是,一些技术含量较高、结构要求较复杂、批量较小的作业类专用汽车底盘如八米三以上的混凝土搅拌运输车、大型混凝土泵车、224kW以上的半挂牵引车、40t以上的起重汽车、大型消防车等底盘具有少量供应且品质不高。像飞机牵引车、罐式车等要求特殊的一些专用汽车底盘,目前基本是空白,主要依靠进口。

2、技术水平落后、产品结构失衡、发展不均

目前,国内罐式专用车从技术工艺角度看,有引进、消化和吸收,也取得了一些进步,但是通过外品牌相比,仍然存在很大的差距,可以说主要还是停留在模仿阶段,同质化现象十分普遍,专用车的品种还较少,雷同现象十分严重。表现在核心技术缺失,重、中、轻、高、中、普、特、新比例失调,大多数企业只能生产中型普通专用车、其他类型的专用车产量仍较少且能能简单。高技术含量、高附加值、高可靠性的国产罐式专用车还不够多,这些都严重影响了我国罐式专用车行业的结构调整和产业升级。

到现在为止,国产罐式专用汽车底盘还十分匮乏。我国生产的专用车,仍大多是采用东风、解放、斯太尔、依维柯等普通载货(客)车底盘,经过调整轴距等小幅度的改动进行改装的,根本谈不上特种车专用底盘的技术储备;生产出的大部分罐车车仍基本是技术含量低、售价低的劳动密集型的普通罐车,如低吨位加油车、半挂牵引罐车、运输罐车等。即使目前国内厂家生产的比较**的斯太尔系列汽车底盘,其技术在国际上已经显得很落后,在国际竞争中处于非常被动的地位。
