洒水车作为专用车中售后相对较少的车型，售后时经常出现的是一些小问题，比如环卫绿化洒水车在用过一段时间后抽不上来水，传动轴也在转，但就是水抽不上来。这个故障需要从以下几个方面来进行检查与排除：

一、管道阀门打错位置

抽水时，先将抽水管连接在法兰盘上，然后将四位三通球阀的凹点位置扳**罐体管道方向（凹点所在方向管道为关闭状态，即连通抽水口与泵体之间的管道），然后打开直通球阀（手柄平行于管道时为打开，与管道呈90度角时为关闭），这才是正确的抽水阀门位置，打错其中任意一个管道都不能形成通路，自然是抽不上来水的。这也是新手操作洒水车常常会遇到的问题。

二、滤网堵塞

大多时候环卫绿化洒水车抽不上来水，销售人员都会建议客户先清洗一下过滤网。滤网三通位于四位三通阀门与洒水泵的中间，其二个端口连接在管道上，一进一出，另一个端口带一个可卸式平面，由四颗螺丝连接。将螺丝卸下，拿下面板，即可将中间的滤网取出。将滤网清洗完毕按原样装回即可。

有些用户在使用环卫绿化洒水车进行喷洒时，有时忘记打开喷水头开头，上车操作后发现不出水还继续加油门，造成管道内高压水流无法喷出，只能从相对比较薄弱的管道连接处（橡胶垫片）释放，导致胶垫在高压下被挤出，从而形成管路密封不严。

洒水车配备的是离心式洒水泵，该泵每次吸水前，必须向水泵内加入一定量的引水，加完后必须关闭加水口。自吸式水泵**次使用时，需要加引水，以后则不必再加引水。在冬季时为避免泵体冻裂，应将洒水车罐体内和泵内的余水排空，再次作业时则需要为泵内加注引水。对于安装在洒水车上的洒水泵，加入引水时可将抽水管一端连接在法兰盘上，在另一端口进行注水动作，注水完成将该端口提升，让水流入泵内，即完成引水加注工作。
